Online Session!!! Art accompanies life! Can art also create the life we want? Can we enjoy the lightness of spontaneous creation to better understand our desires? Can we, based on our desires, overcome limits and find new possibilities? The proposal is simple... and effective! We take what we have at hand: paper, pens, pencils, magazines, glue... We let creativity flow... Any resistance that appears, the facilitator appears too... with its toolbox to unblock whatever is pending and make room for creation to flow! No artistic knowledge is necessary... just a desire to deepen and recreate the life we want! What to expect from this session: Creative development in the most fluid formats for those who participate: Drawing, writing, collage, weaving... An artistic creation with each session... ***see pack of two or three sessions*** the next steps! The steps already taken! Who I am now! Group or individual participation... online or in person! For people who find creativity more resistant or who need silence to focus on their own creation, it's recommended to book individual sessions! Now available in: Portuguese, English, and Spanish... Rita works in a contextual format, meaning she adapts her practice to the person and/or group she works with. Throughout her career, she has facilitated this session with many groups and individuals. She realized that sometimes it's better to participate in person, other times online, and often more individually, where she can focus her full attention on those who need a little more targeted attention.
