Summary:

A person enters the scene with a travel cart... singing... "One day I walked on my own... didn't know what I was gonna find..."! Suddenly... there are more voices... with amplification! A performative concert... The story is told with music and transformations, identities found between costumes and video projections... it develops with movements and musical interpretations. Between challenges accepted and improvements made... in the scene itself... the stage is created with the path taken and the "baggage" left behind. From the shadows... light is born... and is reborn with medicine music... from "covers" to originals, with improvisations inspired by cooperations with the audience...

Music... in continuous transmutation... transcends itself with tones of electronic music and healing... for liberation!

Biography:

Rita Macedo Nóbrega

Metamorphoses between time and space with multi-artistic tools developed in the Healing Journey... Various musical instruments were studied since childhood, such as piano, violin and drums. With youth arrived and kept improving guitar, cavaquinho and with samba percussion circles. The investigation followed many performance languages, such as Clowning, Theater and Drag.

In work it was always addressed  "the marginalized communities", with children from 6 months to 90 years of age, with an immense diversity of physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual and situation, in contexts. Then began the solo performance work in 2020, where going from rehearsing on the streets of travels to reaching the stages of her Great(er) Porto! Between interpretations and performance changes, with impactful music, the Portuguese from "Fados" to Revolution songs with a touch of the evolutions; in English going from "Oldies" to the new generations of music; tools were inspired, and developed, by Mongolian overtones, hints of Opera and even Beatbox; until they found themselves in Medicine Music Circles; then discovering new technologies that Illuminate through Electronic music; following the paths of the movement with several "worlds" of dance thorough continued learning in dance workshops...

Today, "Trans Ri ality" is transported through time... and through the spaces of development of Musical Performances and Sensory Experiences in immersive events... in the flow of the tragi-comedy to the connection with the public, in the improvisations where it is the heart that calls... its flame... kaleidoscopic reflections, perspectives of inspiration in expression... Who Am I? We Are?!... Music Guides the flame itself... that the Shaman called... and Ri... Accepted... Ta?!
