A group or individual session... Sharing space and time with the intention of deepening Individual-Collective development! Each session develops the different aspects of the work... 1 to 3 sessions to deepen... How deep do you want/can you go? Journeys between the individual and the indivisible... from the individual perception on paper... through the body... to the voice... Creating opportunities for cooperation... The proposal is simple... and effective! The facilitator proposes questions to deepen the essence! We travel between instinct and learning... the mental... with paper, pens, pencil... the body... with exercises for connecting with oneself and others... the voice... with vocalization and improvisation practices, initially guided... We work with chaos and organization! Resistance will be invited to emerge to unblock and drive transformations! It's not just about knowing InCoRe... you need to have a desire to explore... to Be In CoReS!! Online upon request! For people who feel more resistant or who need silence to focus on their own actions, it is recommended to book individual sessions, contact us!
